Elaine Aron follows up her bestsellers on the highly sensitive person with a groundbreaking new book on the undervalued self. Her work has appeared in the New York Times, Time Magazine, and National Geographic, and she has appeared on national morning shows on many networks. This book was written for me! I was intensely self-conscious 7th grade up, and still am a little bit. Thanks for the contest!

I can certainly relate to the topic of this book. Since I just lost my job 4 weeks ago, my self image has taken a hit. I hadn't realized how much my job played a part in how I define myself. Could use a bit more self-esteem at the moment.

I would like to read The Undervalued Self. I would hope to find some insight into how our surrounding play a role in ones self-esteem. Also to find some hints in helping my grand-daughter improve her self-esteem
